Are you still in business? Can't find a telephone number for support. I have been a customer for over 7 years and have always been able to speak to someone in support. When I call mow a recording says "We are not answering the phone now"?

    I need to talk to someoneand  about my subcription and why it thinks I do not have one.My ref number is 323xxxxxx. I also don't know how to install it if you think I don't have a subscription. I'm to the point that I can't deal with a company i can't talk to.

    You are writing here in a public forum, we have removed your reference number for your safety.
    It is unfortunate that there are inconveniences with the installation of your license.

    Please log in to your account with the email address you used to order the license. Important: You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account, one of which is not yet verified by you. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.


    Logged in with the email address used for the order, your license will be displayed to you under Subscriptions 

    If the subscription is not displayed there, your access data is not correct.

    If you are logged in correctly, you can contact the support directly from your customer account under "Support", also via
