Avira Free Security → 60-day Prime trial version Will not be activated
TerminéeI submitted a 60-day Prime trial from the Windows 10 version of the Avira Free Security user interface.
After that, I received an email message stating that the application for the Prime trial version was completed.
The product content and reference number were listed there.
However, the version of Avira installed on my Windows 10 is not a Prime trial version and remains "Avira Free Security".
How can I use the Prime trial version?
Where should I enter the reference number?
Avira's UI is very confusing.

same here... i did it 2 times now, got 2 mails but the free verion of "Avira Prime" ist not activated.
In my dashboard and abos there is nothing on... i cant contact avira. what can I do now?

You have 2 e-mail addresses in your Avira account. Please check whether you have verified both of them.
Please make sure that you register at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.
Your license will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can contact support directly from there:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
It would be very considerate to provide us with meaningful information for questions about the license and installation so that we can get an idea of your question. If your access data is known and used correctly, the license should be displayed, it should be possible to install it, and it should also be possible to contact support.

Hi,
I have the same problems. After I signed up for the free trial I received a reference number and underneath it said that something went wrong and the download was currently not possible. It should be fixed within 2 days. However, nothing happened. I tried again 2 weeks later and found the same problem. Receipt of a reference number but no download of the software possible.

i have the same trial, i was given a reference number, but there is only the free version available. i would like my 60 day trial!
