Paid subscription for Avira Antivirus Pro, but not have it. And not attend to my query.

"It is so contradictory that I cannot answer your question on a public forum and still you ask me to give to the details here. Is there any other channel you can provide that I can give your the reference number?"
Is there any customer with the same problem?

If the license is not displayed, then the login details for the license are incorrect.
Logged in with the correct email address, customers with a correctly activated license can contact the support team directly:

- https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us scroll down to Contact Avira
See the post where we gave you the links to the support. IMPORTANT: Please log in with the email address you used to order the license. Again, you have 2 email addresses stored in the customer account at Avira.
