not being able too download safe file

a few days ago i tried using the game booster "game fire" too my surprise it didnt let me and deleted the file and everytime i try download it it just doesn't let me because of avira even when i turn it off and i need gamefire too be able to play some games smoothly so i ask how do i fix this
