avira files stuck in my windows

I installed Avira a few days ago but it's not installed properly and has not shown up on apps and feature list so I decided to remove it manually by seeing the guide and down the work but I still saw Avira running in the background so I scanned my PC with Kaspersky as I found 2 files still there .... cant able to get those from search in file manager ... so is there is any remover by Avira as every anti vires company gives or help to remove those ...
