How to activate Avira Internet Security Suite 1PC with a code purchased to an external vendor.

What is the procedure to activate Avira  Internet Security Suite 1PC if I have an original license purchased on a website other than Avira's?.
I received an activation code by email but now it is no longer possible to enter this code manually in any Avira product nor have I seen how to do it from my Avira Panel.

  An activation code cannot be inserted for some time because they are obsolete licenses. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during purchase and is automatically activated under it.
  This way of activation has also been adopted in the retail market.

  Please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase, and they will find a solution to your problem. The date of purchase is also shown on the sales receipt.
