    which subscriptions you have purchased.

    Please try to clarify your questions about the license and the cancellation directly with the support. There you will find your contract documents, which we do not have access to here in the community. Here is the way to the support:

    Based on your contract documents there, your subscriptions can be checked and adjusted according to your wishes. Thank you for your understanding.
