Connection to server lost error on specific networks

When I try to use the VPN from my Wi-Fi which comes from an ethernet cable connected to a router, I get an error Connection to server lost, however the VPN works fine if I use the hotspot of my mobile network. 

Version: Latest ( I uninstalled and re-installed many times)

OS : Windows 10 64 bit
