Two weeks on Avira blocklist please help!

Your list is used by many of the University Admissions offices that we work with and therefore our website is being blocked to them and their students; we have gotten the all clear on our site, and several service providers have reported to you and yet we are still on your list. How do we get off your blocklist?

Thank you I just completed the URL submission form - do you have any eta that I can give the organization leadership? This is a critical time for us for the summer pre-law scholars programs (sign ups and donations) the sooner we can get cleared the better as you can imagine. We can't seem to get cleared from these same lists not sure what to do the security staff at godaddy is trying to help us as well.
