RéponduHello, I wanted to contact some Avira support to see if they have a solution for my problem.
It turns out that I have software that is used by different clients, when installing or downloading said software the antivirus blocks it, eliminates it, etc... that is, for my clients to be able to install or update it they have to temporarily disable the antivirus on your pc.
This problem is very often due to the fact that the software is updated once a month and it changes its name (the main name is the same but the update date is added, which is the one that changes).
I hope you can communicate with me to see what solution can be given.
