I applied for a 60-day trial version of Avira Prime about two months ago.
However, the message I received after the application was displayed: "There was a problem during the delivery process. We are currently working on this problem."
I was unable to activate the 60-day trial version of Avira Prime. I gave up Avira Prime and uninstalled it.
And yesterday, PayPal was billed for the amount of Avira Prime (max. 5 devices).
What exactly does this mean?
I have set up automatic license renewal from Avira support, but there is no valid subscription and I cannot disable it.
