Avira Browser Safety issues

Hi, 

My name is Frederic, and I have been using the browser extension for a long time. I have encountered the following issues:

1) It prevents some web pages from loading correctly. Even if I do not let the extension block the web page, the page still would not load correctly. I have to disable the extension completely. 

2) How do I add a website or web page to the extension exclusion list? Or, is there such an option at all?

3) What is the difference between Avira Browser Safety and Avira Safe Shopping?
