    To use the purchased Pro version, it should be installed correctly. Did you follow the instructions below:

    In your description, the Pro version is not installed.
    After correct installation, you should be able to use your purchased Pro version.
    You have 2 e-mail addresses in your customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.  After that, your license will be displayed in your customer photo under subscriptions, and you can also contact support directly.
