VPN purchased but do not work

I used free 1 GB of Avira Phantom VPN traffic, after this purchased Avira Phantom VPN Pro for 1 month, the website charged me for 10$, but it doesn't show in active subscriptions, and VPN doesn't work (says that I already used 1GB of free VPN traffic). I'm not sure whether I should wait for something, or it was a glitch in the system. And it's not clear how to contact support, other way than this public community. Can someone help me?
