Android and PC accounts not linked despite same email address
TerminéeI use the same email address for my Android subscription and PC account, the PC/browser version of Avira did not let me log in and instead made a new account. I'm still logged in on my phone. But somehow I can't log in to the browser version, it claims my account doesn't exist

- Which Avira version did you purchase? (Pay or Free, exact description)
- Where did you buy the license, in the Avira online store?
- Which phone are you using? (Manufacturer, version number)

I could not log in to the PC/Browser version of Avira and created a new account instead.Creating a new account is not helpful, the license is activated on the order email address and can only be opened with it. You have 2 e-mail addresses in your customer account.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under it.Did you follow the instructions below?
