Cześć, I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund according to your instructions. I received the case number by e-mail. The question is, how long will I wait for a refund?

  I’m getting no support from you.  I’m trying to cancel, but your cancel and refund windows disappears before I can do anything.  Please help.
