I have paid for one year subscription ( Avira PRO) but it shows expired already
TerminéeI have paid for one year subscription ( Avira PRO) but it shows expired already, after only 6 months, should be available till June 2022. I have the receipt.
How can I solve this?

You have 2 email addresses, to each one a different version is assigned.

Based on your contract documents, the support will surely find a satisfying solution for you. The Pro version is included in the Prime version, 2 identical security programs do not make sense.
