Unable to scan - Mac Monterery 12.2.1
Trying to get Avira to scan for anything (quick, full, etc.) - the "start" button is greyed out on each and when you select "Start Quick Scan" from the icon at the top of the screen, it does nothing. Went into System preferences > Security & Privacy; made sure the Scan Service and Security Helper have full disk access, etc. Still, no ability to perform a scan.
Have reinstalled the program and same results.
