Unfortunately, we can't get a picture with the information you provided us.
- Which OS do you have installed? (exact details - version with number and current updates)
- Which Avira version did you purchase? (exact details)
- What have you done so far to use the subscription?
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. The product is displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and can be installed from there.
Important, log in with the email address you used to order the subscription.

Hi I'm using windows 10 I never purchased anything you just took the money from my account you sent me an email to jmsproperty71@gmail.com saying view license on the 5th of February... The same day you took £38.99 from my partner's account... So I have paid for one of your products but can't use it I've tried all sorts I can access my account bit I can't do anything without this licence and the view button takes me to a broken link I only tried opening it the other day to clean the computer are they time sensitive if so you need to send me another please

Could you reply and give me a working license please or refund the money you've taken nothing seems to be happening here and I want the full 12 months as you've sent me a broken link and have done nothing to fix the situation it's possible email you may have is jon_short1@yahoo.co.uk but I still get nothing when I click the link can you do something soon please regards jon
