If it is not displayed there, your access data is not correct.
If you are logged in with the correct email address, your license will be displayed and the automatic contract renewal can be set there as desired.
If there is no choice of automatic contract renewal offered, then this is not the e-mail address with the stored license. Then the setting for the choice is not defective, then your used e-mail address is not correct. Pay attention to the e-mail address you used when ordering the license!

I have two email addresses (fsorstad@hotmail.com and fredrik.sorstad@gmail.com), but I don't remember which of them I registered when I purchased an Avira subscription in 2020. What I do remember is that I did not choose automatic renewal. That is something was forced on me without any information. The reminders concerning the automatic renewal of my subscription have been sent to my hotmail address, which seems to indicate that this was the address that I registered. The problem is the password. I frequently change my password of my email addresses (hotmail and gmail), and I don't remember which password I used in 2020. This makes it impossible for me to access my subscription account. Consequently, the only way to cancel my Avira subscription is to cancel my VISA card so that you cannot keep charging me for something that I don't want to buy. That is what what I'm going to do, but this is not how it should be. It should not be complicated (impossible, in my case) to cancel the renewal of a subscription.
