My product Avira antivirus premiun was enabled yesterday and the effective date is March 28, 2024. But after enabling it, it shows that the PC is not safe (a service is not working properly). Tried to update it many times but failed (it shows network disconnection during update) Please assist me. Thank you.

  We have seen that you have already contacted Avira support and created a ticket there. To avoid duplicate processing, you will receive further information from the support-team in your ticket.

  Unfortunately, you did not even give us your OS with exact version number.
  From there a contact with your customer account is possible, to which we here, the community is a publicly accessible forum, unfortunately have no access.
