Cannot log in on adroid app

I can log in to the password vault with my credentials via a browser, but I cannot use the same credentials to log in to the android app password vault.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it continually fails after displaying a brief recaptcha message of making sure I'm not a 'robot'.  Has anyone encountered with problem and what did you do re remediate?  The app had been working reliably until today.
