    Hello Alexander,

    In the last few days there was a temporary problem with the sync of the licences.
    The issue has already been fixed.
    The following is a note from the "Official Avira Support Page". 

    It could be that the behaviour that occurred during your installation has to do with an incorrect login, caused by the described problem.
     
    Please try to log in again with your access data.

    If the behaviour does not improve, we would recommend that Premium customers with a valid licence contact the support team directly, which can be reached from your customer account under "Support".  From there, the support can access your customer account, which we unfortunately do not can do here in the community. Thank you for your understanding.
      
    If anything is still unclear, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.

    Thanks a lot for a quick response. I'll monitor it for a couple of days then. Hopefully it's as you said - temporary problem and everything is fixed now.
