Unsubscribe Avira
TerminéeGood evening, today I received an email attempting to charge my card for subscription renewal of my free trial, it turns out that I really do not want to renew this service and my email was not notified in advance of the expiration of my trial free, so I could not cancel it two days in advance, so I ask for your support to prevent them from continuing to charge me.

Hello Salvador,
You can find the instructions for cancelling the Free Trial in your customer account here:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
Subscriptions --> Renewal Settings:*Important Subscription, Pricing and Offer Details
Free Trial : payment method required if signing up for a free trial (credit/debit card or PayPal only). When the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and the first term is charged, unless cancelled before. Special offer(s) may expire. Please make sure that you register at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you have previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your licence will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can contact the support team directly from there under "Support":

If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Please have a look at the information, there you might find your solution:
