Problem accessing PWM on my Android Phone

I’m having troubles accessing my PWM on my Android 11 Phone. I log in with google account, but never appear the screen to type the master password.

  Similar problem. 

  Thought I would test the Avira product for potential purchase.  Works well on the pc, but cannot access my account on android devices

  I installed password manager free version on my windows pc and created an Avira account.  Then installed pm apps on 2 android devices.   In neither device is my account name/password accepted.

  Does this program work or is is a POS?

  Same here.

  I can log in on my iPhone iOS 15.3.1.  I can also log in on my windows 10 PC V.21H2 B.19044.1586.  However, I just can't log in on my android 11 phone for the last 2 days.

  On my Android 11 phone, I type my email address & password and click to log in, then it says connecting to server then loading, but nothing happens.  If I intentionally type either wrong email address or wrong password, tnen it says I am wrong, so I am right about my emaill address as well as my password, besides the fact that I am able to log in on iPhone & Windows so I know I'm right about it.

  There is similar post about the same issue in this week.   It's in German language with its title of "in App einloggen nicht möglich".  By using Google translation, I can see they are saying "pascha45. 2 days ago. Hello Matthias, You have already created a ticket. You will receive further information or instructions in the ticket you created. Many greetings".  Since there are people here having the same issue, I very much hope they will share the solution in public in the post in English language.

  I am also able to log in on my iPhone iOS 15.4.1 but I just can't log in on my android 11 phone.

  I commented the topic that YUICHI SUGAWA mentioned previously, as this last one get feedback from Avira team.

  Problem is solved.

  I have successfully logged-in my PWM on my Android 11 Phone on April 29 2022 at 10PM London time.

  I did not do anything special but just typed my email address & password and click to log in, then succeded.
