What am I paying for ?

I have found it difficult (on the Avira website) to get an answer to a few simple Avira questions:-

In June 2021   I started paying £2.99 per month for some aspect of Avira but I do not know what.

I would simply like to know:-

(a) what I am paying for? 

(b) if I want AV and Speedup

support for a laptop, a PC, and two phones how much would it cost me ? 

(c) where can I see this pricing info spelled out on the Avira website - like a price list ?

  As a Premium customer, you can contact the support team directly from your customer account under "Support". 

  Please make sure that you are registered under 

  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home

  with the access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.

  Afterwards, your licence will be displayed in your customer account under "Subscriptions" and you can contact support directly from there:

  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans

  If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

  Your customer account with your licence data is located there, and all further questions can be answered from there.
