Right click scan file option missing
TerminéeI recently reinstalled Avira free. I am a long-time paid customer. So the issue I am having is twofold.
First is the right-click a file to scan for virus option is missing. Why is this gone?
Second, since the right-click option is missing it would be handy to be able to manually select files, hard drives, and network drives from the manual scan option at the very least.
I have my own personal server on my network and I want to scan the file on the network shares. The way your software works today, it appears to be impossible to scan anything that is not a direct-attached hard drive.

The same problem just started happening to me with the free Avira (version 1.1.69.29688) on Windows 10, after a reboot. I tried performing a repair from the Parameters > Applications menu, then uninstalling and reinstalling, but neither fixed the problem.
Is there an estimated time for a fix for the "Shell Extension no longer being offered for selection during installation" problem?
