    With the information provided to us, we have no insight into your OS (exact name with version number and current update) and the purchased Avira license (exact name).

    Please log in to your customer account with the access data (e-mail address and the password you have chosen) with which you ordered the license.

    Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support".

    Unfortunately, you have not given any information on how you have already proceeded, why no connection has been established. Based on your contract documents available there, your VPN Pro version can be checked, and installation instructions can then be provided.
