Connectivity problem Avira or installation since paying my subscription, why?

Since paying my subscription I cannot get the Avira scan to work on my laptop. My account number is 3xxxxxxx6 and I started my subscription in May 2022. The laptop previously was not in use before May as Google Chrome crashed but since early June I have installed another server provider.
Could you please reactivate the scan again or let me know if there are any connectivity issues for my laptop an ACER and is it because I installed Firefox?

- Which Avira version do you have installed? (Exact description of the version)
- Please describe the installation procedure.
- Is your license displayed under subscriptions in your customer account
- Was it installed by subscriptions?
