My phone number associated with account/email address isn't active anymore and I cannot log in due to having Two Factor Verification in place.

    To get access to your customer account, always make sure to update your access data correctly. Only with up-to-date access data will you be able to contact your customer account with a valid email address stored there.

    Yes, I fully intend on updating my phone number, but it slipped off of my mind with Avira. 

    I consent that you can create a ticket for me to the support team to exchange the necessary data through email.
