Can't contact support / my 60 day trial won't show

I have activated two Premium 60 day trials with these ref numbers through the Avira app. They don't show on the app on macOS even after restarting the Mac, the app says get Premium and won't enable Premium features. I made a second free trial order to see whether the first was completed or not. There is no email to reach Avira!
