access blocked, export required

Greetings

I have been using the password manager for quite some time now. Apparently since last week access to the password manager has been blocked in certain countries due to government regulations.

Although that is unfortunate, is there any way to at least export the latest passwords already on my account? especially since there wasn't any prior warning regarding the account-country block.
