    I need to know when the payment I made by credit card on June 4 for $105.49 will be recognized by you.

    I have a copy of the Capital One Card showing the posting on that date.

    I am trying to determine why I am being told my account is not paid when it was paid on June 4 or June 6 according to my credit card statement. The account is under the name of Richard D. Legault on a card ending in 7634. The date of the invoice is June 4, 2022, the number is BKD-73640855750. Please respond  as soon as possible. Thank you.
