    You write "renewed Prime"
    If you have made a new Prime order, you must log in to your customer account with the new order, then you will also have received a new reference number.
    With the automatic licence renewal, you do not need to do anything, the old licence will continue to run, and the term will be automatically extended in your customer account.
    Please note if you have more than one email address in your Avira customer account. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    It is important to log in to your customer account with the access data (email address and the password you selected yourself for this licence) with which you ordered the licence. Afterwards, your purchased subscription will be displayed in your customer account at

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
    and can be installed directly from there.
    If your subscription is not displayed in your customer account, your access data is incorrect.
    You are writing here in a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support".
