    Hello Duncan,

    Unfortunately, we are unable to form a picture of your descriptions.
    Please check your details in your customer account. Either the e-mail address you used when sending a new password is incorrect, or you have entered a different e-mail address in your customer account. 
    We do not have access to your customer account.
    We can only inform you that the two e-mail addresses for the sending of the password change process must be the same as the e-mail address stored in your customer account. This is the only way to ensure that the password is sent to you. Since you have already tried this several times unsuccessfully, it would make sense to check your details to see if the two e-mail addresses agree.
