My license is not active on my account

We have removed your personal data for your safety. Please never post email addresses in a public forum.
Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order the license.
This is especially important because you have 2 e-mail addresses in your customer account. Please check whether both email addresses are verified by you.Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Your activated license will then be displayed there. If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct.
