I am not able to exit this notification window, even after deleting the threats, the system says threats have been deleted and everything ok, I tried to close it but no response.

Please help me.

  Unfortunately, you have not given us any information about your installed operating system and your Avira version.
  You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, we have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation.
  We have noticed that you have already contacted the support and created a ticket there.
  The support team has access to your account and to your installation to initiate an investigation. We would recommend that you also contact support with this request to check your installation - which we unfortunately cannot do from here.
