Restore quarantined files after uninstalling Avira antivirus

Hello everybody!

I had a Windows crash and had to re-install Windows. I moved all the old data to another location before re-installing Windows. Now I am interested to restore some files which were moved to quarantine in the previous Windows' installation. Is there a way to do so and how? Thank you!
