Hi, I bought Avira pro via Google play store and it's visible there but still it says in my Avira account under licences that I have none. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried logging out and in but still nothing.

  Hello Sami,

  Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

  And did you log in to your Google account where you purchased the subscription? 

  If the subscription was purchased in the Google Play Store, it is unfortunately not activated in the Avira customer account.

  Umm, sorry but I don't understand. Are you saying that basically I paid for nothing? Because the real problem here is that even when I have logged in my Avira account through Avira software via my phone it says that I'm using Avira free...
