After receiving a notification ( on the screen) from Avira to improve the Privacy data, I changed the settings to "Enhanced". The PC had to restart. After restarting, instead of me entering with no password as I usually do, the following appeared on the screen: other user, asking for username and password, which I think I never used. Nevertheless, I put my Outlook username, had to change the password because I had forgotten it, but it came back incorrect. Now I don't know what to do. I can't get in. Help!!
