    Unfortunately, you have not described what you have already done to solve your problem.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT" or under https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support.
    Your installation can be checked from there.
