Problem with initializing Windows after the unninstall

Hi, dudes. How are you?

After unninstall the Avira my Windows SO shows a popup everytime I initialize my system, asking what software I want to use to open something that the popup doesn't shows me. 

When I choose and select the notepad to open that, appears a log from Avira software, with dozen of lines of log. 

Initialize the doc with that line:
