  What is the reason why Avira's quick scan does not proceed, but stops at 19%?

  I hope someone can tell us both as mine stops at 1%. full and quick but the other scan works ok . It updates though

  I mean the smart scan works ok which is what you are showing us now. Mine works ok but the others do not
