2FA doesn't work! Help!

Hi,  I tried login on my Avira Password Manager account and I can't login in because I have 2 step verification "ON" and I don't get "code" I clicked "resend verification code" but It didn't work. I do not have license.  Can you help me?

  We have also seen that you have already contacted support. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account, the Avira Community is a public forum. 

   It makes sense to continue contacting the support team, also to avoid duplicate processing.
