sync problem amony the device

I found a strange problem recently, for e.g:

home pc inputted a record on web, mobile can check it properly.

however, office pc cannot see it on the web. ( i have re-login the a/c)

besides, the updated/new record can be found on Chrome's extention, but it cannot be shown on web on the same pc, the screenshot as follows.
