HOSTS file blocked using Wamp

Hello

 

I am creating a Wp website and using Wamp server. The problem that I have is that I can not acess my new site, and my Avira shows:

 

"For your security access to the Hosts file has been blocked"

 

Is the problem caused by Avira, and I have to unblock something, and in that case What?

  Hello,

  Well, this file is protected by default from the side of Avira. This makes sure, that no malware is accessing it to prevent system changes. If you need to access it, feel free to disable it:
