Wrong timed freezing update

Update almost freezing my comp during gaming. CPU usage is already up to 90% on two cores by game.exe itself, but update anyway started exactly in periods when I do gaming. It goes unnoticable in other cases I guess, but, leaves me frustrated like avira just keep waiting in ambush to spoil my game :-)

I manually prevent game.exe in task manager from using first core (3 core cpu) because of bad management of CPU utilisation in win 10 for amd cpu's which put all nodes to the first core. Maybe avira saw first core "relaxed" and that's why started update?
