Avira not working on Big Sur

I am having issues (still) with making my Avira run on my MacBook after I updated to Big Sur. 

The issue seems to lie on security preferences that aren't getting updated although I am selecting Avira to allow them.

  Hello Valmina,

  Please use the latest installer which is available straight from your Avira Account dashboard. This version works with macOS 11 aka Big Sur.

  It is not working, there is no Avira Scan Services to be added to my hard disk. How can I find it?
