Hello. I don't have any active licenses, but today I have been charged the cost of a Prime subscription. I didn't subscribe, please return the money and delete all my subscriptions! I also can't find the settings in my account to remove the bank card from the settings. Delete my payment details!

I can not write to the support service, writes "as a user without a license, you do not have the right to contact the support service". Please urgently resolve my question.
