How do I create a 'pass-through' for programs?

I have a program called Blue Stacks is treated like it's a threat of some sort. It is an 'emulator' for Android on a PC. There should be a way to make a security pass-through for programs that are being 'screened' as harmful. Can I allow these types of programs through the Avira security?
