Avira will not uninstall fully(generic launcher)

Windows 10, I uninstalled avira free a long time ago but upon installing a new antivirus it detects Avira Launcher(generic) but I manually went through and deleted all files in ProgramData, ProgramFiles, and ProgramFilesx86(if there were any) and it stills detects it.

  Unfortunately, you didn't tell us the installed version of your Windows 10 OS.

  Did you follow these instructions to clean it up:

  After that, you should be able to uninstall.
